I believe design at its core is about solving problems, and to be a great designer means you have to entirely remove your own ego and creative needs in order to create the right solution for others.
To me, design also extends beyond designing just for the end users. When it comes down to day-to-day work, it's all about the interactions you have with others. Being a bit more considerate in the way you work with others not only helps with the task at hand but also goes a long way in shaping something more genuine.
